SILCAP is an export-oriented silicone manufacturer based in Türkiye, focused on HTV silicone compression moulding and silicone extrusion for OEM and customer-specific projects.

COMPANY

Built to support customer-specific silicone projects from review to recurring supply.

Established in 2016, SILCAP operates from a 4,600 m² production facility in Türkiye. Its in-house manufacturing scope is focused on HTV silicone compression moulding and silicone extrusion for moulded parts, profiles, OEM and private-label programmes, and industrial projects.

Customer projects are reviewed against drawings or samples, material requirements, tolerances, quantities, packaging and documentation needs. The manufacturing and supply scope is then defined before production planning.

We review each project before quotation and production planning, then manage the agreed manufacturing and supply scope through production.

    Technical Review

    Drawings or samples, material requirements, tolerances, quantities, application conditions, packaging and documentation needs are reviewed before quotation and production planning.

  2. 02

    Manufacturing Route & Tooling

    The part or profile is reviewed for HTV silicone compression moulding or silicone extrusion. Where new tooling or dies are required, SILCAP coordinates them through approved external partners.

  3. 03

    Sampling & Production Planning

    Where required, sampling and approval steps are agreed before production quantities and timing are planned.

  4. 04

    Order & Documentation

    Export projects are supported with order handling, packaging and documentation coordination, and project-specific communication through the agreed supply scope.
